ZETAOX DD is our cutting-edge and most of all eco-friendly alternative to potassium permanganate for the bleaching of indigo, sulphur & ZETALIGHT dyed garments.
In order to whiten the fiber of a denim garment, our process recommends to use ZETAWHITE RTL CONC, a detergent in powder formula especially developed for the scouring and bleaching of cellulosic fibers without optical brighteners.
ZETAOX DD belongs to our SPRINKLE SYSYEM
as it is applicable by automatic nebulizing systems like Core, E-flow or equivalent ones.

Garment treated as follows:
- 30 mins stone wash
+ ZETALASE BT 30 @30°C - ZETAOX DD 250 g/l by nebulization system
Second optional step again with
ZETAOX DD 250 g/l by nebulization system
